In June 1992 GHW Bush had a 34% approval rating in the CBS News Poll. 55% of Republicans approved, 18% of Democrats did, a difference of 37 points.
In March 2006 GW Bush has a 34% approval rating in the same poll. 74% of Republicans approved, 6% of Democrats did, a difference of 68 points.
