As I said to Jerry, some political currents — like the Socialist Equality Party, the Spartacists, etc. — are too marginal for me to bother arguing against. It’s a waste of time.
Yes and no. The WSWS and the Sparts always lose me when they go into their boilerplace prescriptions - but they usually have sharp analyses. In this case, the WSWS says that Ahmadinejad’s political base is deeply reactionary and he’s using populist (and anti-Semitic) rhetoric to build support for an odious agenda. I don’t know if this is true, but do you know it’s not?
