Can’t you tell from the formatting that he isn’t?

I’ve got to say that’s a deeply unfair characterization of Reed’s
work. Perhaps it’s a response to Reed’s critique of Roediger (see the
paper at http://soc.qc.cuny.edu/jordan/), but Roediger’s Reed is
not the Reed I know.
