I heard a BBC reporter in Southern Lebanon a little while ago, saying
that about 80% of the region had been evacuated, but those left
behind were mainly the sick, the handicapped, those with large
families, and the poor. Oh, and there was no gas available, because
the Israelis had bombed all the gas stations.
