It’s 28 degrees in NYC. The management of the building where I have
my office is running the heat full blast, meaning it’s way too hot
despite the low temp outside. And how does the New Press, from whom I
rent the space, deal with the overheating? By running the air
conditioning (which they do pretty much all winter long)!
