Why alarming? That’s not as disturbing as the rumor of DP PR control that you heard (and mentioned in http://mailman.lbo-talk.org/pipermail/lbo-talk/Week-of-Mon-20050822/018044.html). You think that Cindy’s gonna come out as a lesbian now and that would make it so very Seventies?
Seventies? If Cindy crossed the Bay and became a SF biker dyke, that’d be cool. No, I’m afraid she’s going to take on some serious Berkeley silliness, which will absolutely ruin her as a political symbol.
