I think the point is there are good and bad ways of expressing a pro-abortion position. Abortion “for the hell of it” is not going to win friends and influence people.

Exactly. I said no questions asked, and I meant it. But throwing
around phrases like “for the hell of it” will alienate people - not
that Carrol has ever shown interest in how to win friends or
influence people.
