Word is that the new head of NYU’s cultural journalism program,
succeeding the late Ellen Willis, is the ineffable Katie Roiphe. A
great feminist journalist succeeded by someone who once described
herself to me as “anti-feminist.” Sad news, and a posthumous fuck you.
