Assistant Principal Elvena Colbert at Ozen High School in Texas sent
out an e-mail stating that all black male students were to sit on the
front row in classrooms. The principal claimed that the email was
designed to help students with poor test grades. The principal said
it is not a black and white issue but one about economically
disadvantaged students. Is this a case of racism or an honest
attempt to help students increase their test scores?
Able to answer this and more is Todd Wooten, author of the
controversial race relations book, WHITE MEN CAN’T HUMP. Wooten says
even with the best of intentions it sends a wrong message. Would you
